my girlfriend and i bought an iPhone on her 23rd birthday, this is really a very cool phone but Nokia would be launching some new phones which are better than the current iPhone model

I called at 8:30 CST on a Friday night after working on my client's Small Business Server with Exchange for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong. I kept running into this web site as I searched the net for a solution. Understand, with over 25 years of experience and training, I'm no slouch at IIS, Exchange, routers, firewalls or SBS!
I received a return call approximately 60 minutes later. It went something like this:
"Hi is this Dan?"
"Yes."
"Are you still having trouble syncing your IPhone?"
"Yes."
"Ok, Lets see what we can do for you."
Exactly 18 minutes and 2 seconds later (including bill payment, other chit-chat pleasantries and a little IT Technical banter) I hung up my phone. The server was FIXED and the iPhone synced!
I've seen other people work at this speed. Its only when you are completely in tune with how a system works can you click, select, edit and modify a system this quickly. I can't tell you how impressed I was by the quality, speed and professionalism of their work! And the price is a BARGAIN!
I look forward to having a problem like this again at another clients! (well not really lol, but if I do I KNOW who to call! )

Hello,

We are a local computer retail repair shop and will be contacting you. We have a few customers who have purchased their employees iPhone 3G's and we are having issues getting their new phones connected to their Exchange server. Previously their blackberrys were working with POP without issue, but their exchange server setup is having issues.

When contacting Apple's iPhone support, we're told that there are just probably some updates from Microsoft we haven't downloaded to the server, yet.

Thanks!
