We have had our iPhone 3Gs for many months now. In the last three weeks they took a turn for the worse. Many users were reporting their contacts were not syncing and then many executives started complaining that their mail sync was working but not their calendar. We did have a very odd situation, where mail was working, but not contacts or calendar. We reevaluated our exchange 2003 enterprise setup, finding nothing wrong or any visible Microsoft event log issues. I came across many posts on the apple technical site alluding to issues like ours. We contacted Apple support and a local solution provider, of which nobody could provide us with any ideas to resolve our sync issue. I came upon your support site many times. We decided to give you a try. You definitely know Exchange and IIS quite well. Within about 1.5 hours you figured out our sync issues. We much appreciated your persistency.
