All the others failed - Robert from Techno Koz fixed it in about 10 minutes!!! Background follows:

Bought an iPhone 32gs last Thursday and was less than impressed when, after more than hour, I had to leave the Apple store without a connection to my Exchange Server (SBS 2003) - i.e. they could not sort it out for me at the point of sale. Called Apple care who put me on to a very helpful guy in the US who sent me lots of links and about three weeks worth of highly technical reading. Called the guys who set up my server who made a few suggestions that did not work and the other techs I called did not call back.

I found Robert & Thechno Koz on the web via Google - called via Skype and got him (after midnight US time) and got a very friendly, polite & knowledgeable response + appointment to review the issue at 8am Saturday Sydney time. Problem resolved in about 10 minutes via remote log-in to server.

Highly recommended based on my experience!!
