Called them today and spoke with Robert... he immediately
logged into my server and in under 30 minutes the iPhones were fixed and he fixed a few other small things while he was in there... excellent service! Will be calling again in the future

I was impressed with their quick response. We were searching google for weeks trying to get our exchange setup to our new iphone 3gs. It took them just 46 minutes to solve our issues. We gladly paid their simple fee.
thx!!!

Rob was on the money! During pleasant discussion by phone and the occasional question he sorted out our exchange sync issue via remote session and we are now up and running with iPhones syncing over the air perfectly. It felt more like "doing coffee" than a hardcore IT session.

We can not recommend the TechnoKoz service more. And the set price guarantee is 100%.

Thanks Rob!

mike was right, we created a support ticket and within 15 minutes technokoz was saving my ass. i had been puzzled for weeks now why our new 2007 exchange server could not sync to our 3g iphones. not often do i concede defeat, but this really got me choked up. our exchange 2007 server is new and it should all just work out of the box. boy was i wrong. i had been upwards and down reading all of the web sites. i can't believe apple hasn't gotten their act together yet. come on.. paid good money and no instructions? what is up with that? as you all know there is a lot of information on this problem. i told the koz i would write this to tell all of you to save yourself the headaches. i would have been at a loss if i did not find this site. they even helped me purchase a godaddy certificate and installed it without any additional charge. wow! i would have had a fat bill if this was a car repair place. in the end the iphone koz really made me feel at home. i firmly believe it was worth every penny i paid.

I would have to say you caught me off guard. I was searching around for my iphone exchange issue and happened to come upon your post. Like others before me i decided to call you guys. Wow you worked magic for our systems. Our 30 iphones are now working perfectly. No sync issues.
We can view all of our mail, contacts, and calendar events as well.

Thank you for your amazing service and valuable support offering. Perhaps apple should consider hiring you guys. Much appreciated. Michael
