You may not agree with me that I’ve found a solution because all I did was make a phone call. But I can tell you this – I had the same problems as everyone else on this forum and now my iPhone works perfectly with Exchange.   On my blackberry, the email just pushed onto the device.  I have it set for “push” but it doesn’t seem to update very often and I have to push the update button on the bottom left.  Also, if the device is asleep (by pushing the button on the top of the unit) does it shut off updating email? -Mark
